Mmmmmh... hardware!

Ran into one of these nasty bois in restoration of a 2013 Volvo power operated mirror (M12 luckily). Corrosion had built up enough to prevent proper positioning... After you figure out how to release these baddies without destroying everything, I ended up breaking one of them beyond my ability to hammer it back to flatness. Would have saved me time if I just had them in the first place!
