Cá ngừ chứa rất nhiều chất dinh dưỡng tốt cho sức khỏe của chúng ta như omega 3, sắt, canxi... và để tạo vị ngon thì thường được chế biến thành các món chiên hay trộn salad đấy. Đến với cách làm Cá ngừ nướng chảo ngũ vị sốt giấm khá lạ miệng này đảm bảo cả nhà ai cũng thích hết đấy. Thịt cá được tẩm ướp các loại gia vị giúp đậm đà hơn và không còn mùi tanh kết hợp với nước sốt giấm Balasmic thơm lừng đấy.
Phi lê cá ngừ làm sạch, dùng khăn thấm khô. Lấy 1 trái chanh và cắt thành các múi cau. Tỏi lột vỏ. Chuẩn bị sẵn các loại gia vị ướp cá. Làm nước sốt: cho 6 muỗng giấm Balsamic vào nồi, thêm tỏi, nước cốt 1 trái chanh, khuấy đều lên và đặt lên bếp nấu sôi trên lửa nhỏ. Nấu đến khi nước sốt hơi sệt lại là có thể tắt bếp và để nguội.
Gia vị ướp cá: trộn đều 1.5 muỗng muối, 1 muỗng bột ngò, 1 muỗng bột ớt paprika, 1/4 muỗng ớt bột trong chén. Cho gia vị lên miếng phi lê cá, thoa đều để bột gia vị phủ đều khắp miếng thịt. Sau đó rắc tiêu xay lên trên.
Đun nóng chảo, cho 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào để đến khi dầu sôi lăn tăn thì đặt các miếng thịt cá phi lê vào, nướng áp chảo mỗi mặt cá cỡ 1 phút hoặc đến khi thấy chín, có màu vàng nâu đẹp mắt thì lật đổi mặt và tiếp tục làm tương tự. Lấy thịt cá ra, cắt thành miếng vừa ăn, cho ra dĩa, rưới sốt giấm Balsamic lên rồi thưởng thức thôi nè.
Không gì tuyệt vời hơn khi được thưởng thức một dĩa Cá ngừ nướng áp chảo ngũ vị sốt giấm đậm đà, giòn rụm phần bên ngoài và thịt bên trong vẫn mềm ẩm, ngon lành. Chuẩn bị ngay món này cho bữa tối lãng mạng của cả bạn và người ấy nhé.
